The Catskills 3500 High Peaks Challenge, founded in 1962, was established to promote awareness of the Catskills hiking region in New York State and encourage an active outdoor lifestyle.
The highest peak in the Catskills region is Slide Mountain with a height of 4,184 Feet above sea level. The Catskill 3500 High Peaks Club awards any hiker their coveted badge for hiking each of the 33 Catskills Peaks of 3500' Elevation or higher in the Shandaken, NY area.
This three-layer wall-hung Catskills Hiking Tracker board measures nearly 18" x 12" and comes with all 33 Catskills Mountain Peaks Tokens that can be glued/pasted in the board as you summit each of the peaks. The tokens ship loose and fit perfectly in each of their corresponding slots in the frame. Each of the 33 empty slots contains the name of the Catskills High Peak Mountain along with its recorded elevation.
