Do you love the Finger Lakes Region of New York State? We do too! This heart shaped laser engraved finger lakes layered piece is the perfect addition to any home. Whether you're a Realtor looking for a unique housewarming gift or a homeowner with a full-time or summer home on one of these beautiful lakes, this Finger Lakes wall art is sure to please.

The map is laser engraved on maple plywood, sanded to a super smooth finish and left in its natural color. The laser process creates a dark, rich brown color on the Maple with great contrast. Each of the Finger Lakes is cut out of the top layer of the map, revealing a deep blue lake color from the painted MDF layer underneath.

The piece is framed in one-half-inch wide walnut, treated with a coat of poly urethane to enhance the color of the wood. The Walnut really pops against the Golden Maple and Lake Blue colors. The overall size of this wall art is 12 inches x 12 inches, making it the perfect size for an entryway, curio cabinet, or shelf display.

Traveling to the US National Parks is more popular than ever and with some states containing more than one, visiting a few a year is a very achievable goal.

The US National Park Service, established in 1916 by President Woodrow Wilson was commissioned to "conserve the scenery and the natural and historic objects and the wildlife therein and leave them unimpaired for the enjoyment of future generations."

This three-layer 17.5" x 11.75" Wall Display Plaque makes a fun conversation piece to share with friends and family about your past and future plans to visit the US National Parks.

Product Description:

Bottom Layer: Engraved MDF with each of the National Park names, states, and dates of establishment in order from left to right and top to bottom.

Middle Layer: This middle layer of walnut is carved out to perfectly nest each of the National Park Emblems.  Glue the emblems in as you visit or even make a game of how fast you can match the National Park emblem to the correct slot!

Top National Park Emblem Layer: 1/4" thick Engraved Maple with all 63 US National Park emblems shipped loose in a canvas satchel for glueing in as you mark each park off your list.

National Park Emblems (Maple): Each of the National Parks tokens measures just over 1.25" x 1.25" and fits snugly into its corresponding slot on the walnut layer.
