Contact / FAQs

Hello and thanks for visiting Victor Wood Forge!  I create custom laser engraved maps, signs, coasters and more all from my little shop here in Victor, NY.

My passions are backpacking and nature and I have created numerous laser cut and engraved projects centered around my favorite activities.  But I also love to work on custom projects.

If you've ever been out shopping for a gift and thought, "Wow, this would be great if I could only add this....", then you've come to the right place.  Get in touch below and I'd be happy to work with you to create a one-of-a-kind gift for that birthday, anniversary or any occasion!

Please text me first so I can set up a time to talk to you and so I can be sure you don't want to sell me an extended auto warranty :)

Frequently Asked Questions/FAQs:

What Type of Laser Do You Have?  I own two lasers: A Glowforge Plus and a Boss LS1420.

What Type of Materials Can You Cut/Engrave?  Both of my lasers are CO2 type lasers which can cut and engrave wood and acrylics up to 1/4" thick.  Both lasers will also etch anodized aluminum and glass.  I primarily work with Maple, Oak, Cherry and Walnut Plywoods and have these materials readily available for projects.  I also can engrave on thicker woods like cutting boards and whisky barrel lids.

How Long Will It Take to Get My Order?  I almost always make everything to order and with my current backlog I normally start with your order about 3-4 days after receiving it.  Everything that I make usually has laser time of about 1-4 hours.

Do You Accept Custom Orders? Absolutely!  Although I love the products I've created on my site, I also enjoy working with people on ideas they have for unique gifts.  So, please feel free to reach out via email or text above and let's set up a time to talk about your unique project.

How Can I Keep Updated With Your Latest Projects?  I thought you'd never ask! :) I routinely post on Tik TokInstagram and Facebook.  Just look up VictorWoodForge and you'll find me.  Like, Subscribe, all that stuff...  I typically post every two days or so.
