This authentic Bourbon Barrel Stave corner shelf will make an excellent addition to your favorite wall. Give as a gift or keep for yourself to display all of your favorite bourbons!
The corner shelf measures 27" in the front at its widest point and is 12"deep. I've cut the rear corner out so as to make this the best possible fit inside any wall corner. Note that since most walls are not a perfect 90 degrees, I have included shims to wedge in between your wall and the shelf before attaching.
I highly recommend using a stud finder to locate your wall studs before attaching this shelf to your wall. Additionally, I have included high strength gypsum board wall anchors and advise three points of connection on each rail to your wall. One of those connections on each rail should be in a stud if at all possible.
The Bourbon Barrel front rail is a full 1/2" higher than the shelf platform which would allow you to conceal a thin battery powered LED light strip to highlight your collection even more!
The front rail has a light coat of Bush Oil which gives the white oak a slightly golden color. The shelf slats are rustic pallet wood and the side rails are built with 1/2" plywood for strength.
